All sessions are experienced with comfortable clothes on unless decided before sessions start by client and Reiki Master. Every session using oils and lotions are designed for your personal preference and are personalized to fit each client or student, maximizing the energy exchange. Pressure Point Reiki
Pressure Point Reiki (PPR) is a signature combination session blending Reiki, acupressure, massage, and reflexology. This integrated approach harmonizes the spiritual, emotional, and physical dimensions of well-being.
This hands-on technique moves energy throughout the body and raises the client’s vibration. By stimulating the body’s energy field (Chi) and connecting with all chakras, the session helps awaken the unlimited healing energy within.
Reiki Session With Touch
This hands-on session uses gentle, light touch to stimulate the body’s energy system. It supports raising the Ki/Chi of the body, connecting the heart and mind, and opening the chakras to a renewed vibration. Energy is guided throughout the body with focused, intentional touch.
Reiki Session Without Touch
This touchless Reiki session is designed for individuals who have experienced trauma or prefer not to be touched.
Energy work is performed a few inches above the body, supporting grounding, opening the heart, and clearing the mind of past trauma, negative thoughts, and fears.
Reiki Self Healing: One one One Training
Private and family First-Level Reiki training is available.
This introductory training focuses on the history of Reiki and the powerful gift of self-healing through the unlimited energy that exists within and around us.
