Looking For My Reflection Within Reiki

The visions kept coming from my heart, To travel the world. Searching for sacred spots. Looking for my reflection, Finding my purpose in life. To create the life that I have dreamed of. When all along I found, That it was inside of me. Uplifting my spirit, Teaching me how to flow. That is the first thought that I feel. Is my intuition, Talking to me.

I have been Looking For My Reflection in others for so many years. Trying to be the person that I thought people wanted me to be. A mirror to the souls surrounding me. Adapting to their energy, Sharing the love inside my heart until it felt like I would bleed. Draining my spiritual energy. For those to see, I would take on their pain just to understand how they feel. Forever losing a part of me.

One morning 10 years ago, I decided to look in the mirror with Reiki in my soul. to see the reflection people see when they look at me. To understand me, So I can heal the pain inside my heart. Opening a path to the universe inside. Experiencing myself for the first time. While Looking For My Reflection. I was listening to this song during my morning walking meditation. Re-Creating my own rhythm with Reiki. To help me sustain the energy inside my body. to heal my soul over and over again.

Visions keep coming, Breathing Reiki love to the world from my heart. I am living the life that I had dreamed of. fulfilling my destiny. Evolving to become one with the energy inside of me. I am sending peace and love to you. Holding space for you to heal. We are one, We are love, Thank you for this healing.

Raising The Vibration Inside You With Reiki

Searching for a way to create peace within my thoughts. I have been learning how to move energy throughout my body with my breath. Raising the vibration inside me.  Re-attuning my heart every morning. Connecting the frequencies of my Body, Mind, And Spirit. Aligning the stars within the universe inside me. So that I have the extra energy. To share my love with the world. Every moment of every day.
   

My morning ritual for the last 10 years has been to spend the first three-four hours of my day within the universe inside my body and mind.  The only communication I would have is with the Reiki symbols Cho-Ku-Rei, Sei-He-Ki, And Hon-She-Ze-Sho-Nen. Sending love to my thoughts, My fears, My feelings, and My emotions. from the past, In the moment and in the future. Not having any input with anyone but me.

Anytime I feel I need to ground myself out. I do a meditation with a song I created called “The Universe Inside You”, Mastered at 432 Hz. I use a drop of Frankincense on my third eye. While putting Rose oil on my hands. Then putting my hands on my heart.  Chanting the Reiki symbols until I feel a shift within the body opening my heart to feel the love surrounding me. Raising the vibration inside me, To Love Me, To heal To Protect me. Any day, Any night, Anywhere, Any time. Helping me to Re-Create My Own Rhythm Every day. Over the years I have learned to shorten the amount of time it takes me to create the same results.

I have created a mantra “I am Love, Thank you for this healing”. Immediately filling my heart with love while grounding me with a feeling of peace and harmony. I offer my mantra for you to use until you find your own. The vibration we create sends off a wave of energy synchronizing us with like-minded people on the same journey. I believe that one of the keys to unlocking the energy needed for the evolution of the human race. Is for everyone to feel the oneness of everyone and everything. To learn to expand our energy’s outside our bodies. To connect our minds to a single thought. In a single moment in time Becoming one.
